At the beginning of your day, whenever that may be, take a moment to greet the day, acknowledging and thanking all the beings — visible and invisible — who will travel with you throughout this day.
There’s no need to know who or what they are, or how you will recognize that they are with you. There’s no need to know *how* they will give you support – just the assumption that there *will* be support as you need it, whether you actively ask for it or not. Hold the assumption that you never travel alone and notice what it’s like to share your gratitude for that fact. If you are someone who perceives the invisible world, then be more specific in your acknowledgments and thanks.
After doing this for a week, notice the quality of how your day unfolds when you actively acknowledge and express gratitude for these sources of support.
