Animal communicators have most likely existed for a long time, probably in every single culture in the world. We’re beginning a decade of transition, a decade of new possibilities. Let’s make this new era the one we finally move out of the fossil-fuel/poison dominated age; away from division, separation and mechanistic, reductionist thought.
It is time to move forward into diversity and unity, into an age where we finally awaken to the fact that we are inter-beings and we co-create with the Earth.
It is in a world of diversity, in a world of inter-beings, in a world of cooperation, that we create sustainability of living at peace with the Earth, and we create peace of communities living in peaceful societies.
We can be living in gardens, sowing gardens, working with the soil, working with the animals, working with our plants, working with the birds and the bees and the butterflies, working with the future.

…the Reindeer Goddess honored by the ancient Lithuanian, Latvian, Slavic and Sami people of Northern Europe. These people believed that this goddess in the form or a reindeer or in a chariot pulled through the sky by reindeer flew over the land on the Winter Solstice bestowing gifts on the folks below. How exciting to discover that the quintessential modern symbol of Christmas, Santa Claus, has its origins in the Reindeer Goddess – a deity who brought the people hope as they passed through the dark time.

We are approaching the longest night in the northern hemisphere, when from the deepest darkness the new light is born. The last few days before Winter Solstice can be experienced as a descent, deeper and deeper into the darkness, with long nights and not much daylight, especially when the winter skies are cloudy.
But we have forgotten how to honor the darkness as a light bringing source, as a feminine quality. This is a time of the year when we can reclaim an intimate relationship with darkness, an understanding of its power.
And at the same time, in the southern hemisphere, we are expecting the longest day of the year, full of light. So the darkness is beautifully balanced on this planet, and we are always protected from getting lost in extremes.
