If we surrendered
to earth’s intelligence
we could rise up rooted, like trees.

Reality is woven from strange, “holistic” threads that aren’t located precisely in space or time. Tug on a dangling loose end from this fabric of reality, and the whole cloth twitches, instantly, throughout all space and time…The bottom line is that physical reality is connected in ways we’re just beginning to understand…When you drill down into the core of even the most solid-looking material, separateness dissolves.

The materialist worldview, which is based on the idea that things (including ourselves) are freestanding, existing independently on their own and separately from each other, is simply untrue.

Mindful that we are not separate from the Earth, but an integral part of its living wholeness, shifts our own story to one of “interbeing,” a shift that will change both our attitude and actions. Similarly the awareness that our spiritual aspiration does not just belong to our own self but has a connection with the sacred within all life, opens a doorway to a deeper resonance and participation. We will be present within the miracle and mystery of life in new ways.

There is a language older by far and deeper than words. It is the language of bodies, of body on body, wind on snow, rain on trees, wave on stone. It is the language of dream, gesture, symbol, memory. We have forgotten this language. We do not even remember that it exists…

There is a kindness that dwells deep down in things; it presides everywhere, often in the places we least expect. The world can be harsh and negative, but if we remain generous and patient, kindness inevitably reveals itself. Something deep in the human soul seems to depend on the presence of kindness; something instinctive in us expects it, and once we sense it we are able to trust and open ourselves.

The spirits of the Earth are awake. They are flying through the cloud painted sky. They are swimming beneath the cold water. They are running over the prairies ahead of the storm. They are watching from the forest labyrinth. They are our siblings in creation, our brothers and sisters of the breath. They help us hold the world in balance. They bring us blessings of wisdom and healing. The spirits are awake to us as we must be awake to them, for only together can the song of creation be sung as it was meant to be sung, a chorus echoing through the long canyons of time.

Studies have shown that positive emotions and operating from a place of peace within oneself can lead to a very different experience for the person emitting those emotions and for those around them. At our subatomic level, does the vibrational frequency change the manifestation of physical reality? If so, in what way? We know that when an atom changes its state, it absorbs or emits electromagnetic frequencies, which are responsible for changing its state. Do different states of emotion, perception and feelings result in different electromagnetic frequencies? Yes! This has been proven.
